The organizers of this year’s Afronation festivals, Rave Marketing Solutions Limited and Afro Natio Ghana Limited have been hit with a court suit at the Accra High Court.
The event which was scheduled to take place at the Laboma Beach, Accra from the 27th to 30th December has been left in limbo
The owners of the beach, Wonder Word Properties Limited is praying that the court stops the event from happening via an interlocutory injunction preventing the organizers or any of their associates from using the land/beach.
Hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday January 2020
