Former movie actress turn woman of God, Evangelist Afia Yeboah has accused movie producer and staunch member of the NPP, Socrate Sarfo of using his clout during his time as a movie producer to solicit sex from innocent girls.
Speaking on Kingdom 101.9Fm about her past life before becoming an evangelist , Madam Afia Yeboah narrated how she used to rush to auditioned for a movie role in Afrikiko with the likes of Martha Ankomah, Gloria Sarfo’s , Janet Osei Sarfo etc
According to her , before some movie producers or directors handed them a movie script, they would want sex in return.
Dared to name a producer who has ever tried asking her for sex in exchange for her a script or movie role, Madam Afia Yeboah named Socrate Sarfo.
“last I was listening to Socrate Sarfo on radio and I heard him saying he has never requested for sex before giving an actress a movie role. I was in my room that day and i wept. I had seen God so i forgave him. I went to his office and spoke to him. He said if he’s to help me to become a popular unless he had sex with me. According to him actress who become popular later refuse to respect him. He even gave names of actresses who have become popular through those means” she told MP Nie on her Adwuma Nkoso) program
According to the former actress cum evangelist, this happened during 2008 and because she refused to give in, she never had the role that day.
Socrate Sarfo is known for producing erotic movies like “Hot Fork” and he’s on record saying he missed directing such movie.
