Young Ghanaian female Disc Jockey, Erica Armah Bra-Bulu Tandoh, well known as DJ Switch, has sent a reply to people who have questioned why she was awarded the ‘Best DJ Of The Year’ at the just ended 2019 Ghana DJ Awards.
After the twelve year old was crown the Best DJ of the year after beating other DJs like DJ Mic-Smith, DJ Vyrusky, DJ Sly, DJ Aroma and DJ Black , social media caught fire with people arguing that DJ Switch did not deserve the award.
But defending her self and believing she won her award on merit, DJ Switch told Zion felix in an interview that, she won her award through God.
“The other nominees are Senior DJs but I think I got the award because of God. I prayed and talk to my God that I want the Best DJ of the Year and my God granted me the wish,” she said
The 2019 Ghana’s DJ award took place at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) on Saturday, November 2, 2019.
