The defeated aspiring assembly man for the Adukrom Nima Electoral Area, Nana Adabor Ibrahim Isaah, popularly known as Hon. Apokye has disclosed his intention of taking the Electoral Commission to the Supreme Court for obstructing electoral justice.
According Hon. Apokye , whose premature celebration was cut short, he is the legitimate winner of the District Assembly Election and not who the EC has declared as a winner.
Speaking to press men after his spectacular loss, Hon. Apokye said “so far as we got the result and everybody knows we have polling agent all over the polling stations so they give us the result and the Ec come out to declare we never won, we are going to the Supreme Court. We have the results, this is the results”
Hon. Aponkye dream to become the assembly member for his area took a climax when he was interviewed on prime time Tv by Nana Aba Anamoah. But as the saying “fear delegates “goes, he dream was dash when his premature celebration was struck by the reality of losing woefully to his competitors.
