Ghanaian superstar and club owner, D-Black has added his voice to the hundreds of Ghanaians pleading with the government to do something about the current economic state of affairs of the country.

According to D-Black, born Desmond Kwesi Blackmore , things are hard and the good people of Ghana needs an intervention from the government. He further added that, Ghanaians are in the festive season and therefore need a break from the hardship.

He tweeted:

"Krom Ay3 shi! The good people of Ghana need an intervention . Noo explanations or long talk for now .. it’s almost Christmas. We need a breather, a break from all this ‘wahala’ being experienced as a people.@NAkufoAddo@MBawumia

His lamentation comes at a time when Commercial drivers are complaining about the incessant hikes in fuel prices. The drivers who felt their pleads to the government had been ignored decided not to work today.

Their decision caused trouble for many commuters as they had to trek long journeys to their place of work.

Award winning rapper, Sarodie who is seen by many people as being in bed with the government also made public his frustration at the current state of affairs.

"The people are going through it !!! We always do !!! All we ask for is the right environment to hustle/ be productive …"
