Accra based musical group, La Meme gang have come under intense trolling on micro blogging site Twitter after a fan tried to hail them for their influence in the new wave of music taking over from the Asante region.
A new wave of music ,the drill music that emanated from the South Side of Chicago in the early 2010s has taken over the Asante region and has canvassed a whole set of music group known as the Kumericanz.
Identifying some similarities in this style of trap music with what Darkovibes, Spacely and his colleagues do, a twitter fan tried to stir the waters by saying the Kumericans were influenced by the La Meme gang.
This however did not go down with tweeps on twitter. Unfortunately, the group rather suffered the brunts of the guy’s tweet.
