Lynx Entertainment finest Kuami Eugene has disclosed his intention to flood the Ghanaian entertainment airways with his music come December this year.
According to the award winning highlife and Afropop star, he will drop so many tunes that foreign music would not have the chance to dominate our airways.
“That’s the main reason why I’ve been quiet for some time now. Give me now till December. I will flood the system so bad, there will be no room for foreign music. That’s if our very own people don’t fight it as usual,” he wrote.
His comment were a reaction to a twitter user who feared the recent influence foreign songs have had on our entertainment industry.
The twitter user opined that, Kuami Eugene was the guardrails that was saving our industry from foreign takeover and pleaded to him to do something about it.
“Ghana music industry is gradually going down again & Nigeria music is gaining grounds coz of TikTok & Kuami Eugene has stopped dropping bangers. I’m not one of his cult fans but boy has held the industry in resent time & it’s a Fact. @KuamiEugene we beg drop something & save GH,” the tweep wrote.
