Nigerian comedian, Owen Gee has stated that controversial Nigerian singer, Naira Marley is currently the artist with the strongest fan base in Nigeria.
Recall Naira Marley became a force to recon with after his recent drama with the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission over fraud-related charges.
Owen Gee noted that he saw fans of the rapper popularly called ‘marlians’, kissing the banner of the rapper’s imminent concert as if the artiste was embedded in the banner.
Owen’s remark comes barely a month after a media personality asserted that ‘the rapper became a hero after he was arrested by the EFCC’.
