A lady has taken to social media platform Twitter to express her disgust to how a pastor forced her friend who was getting married to change her wedding gown from white to a creamy/milky colored wedding gown for not being a virgin.
According to the lady with the handle @ Belyn_da , during the wedding of her friend, the bride was asked by her pastor, in the presence of the congregation if she was a virgin. The truthful bride , who couldn’t lie said she was not a virgin.
The pastor then ordered that her gown is changed from white to milk before he continues with the wedding ceremony.
“A girl i know well got married here in uyo on sat. In front of the congregation Pastor asked if she was a virgin and she said no.She was then asked to remove her white wedding gown and a milk wedding gown was given to her to wear. How can a pastor embrass a bride on her day”
