President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump has suffered impeachment by the US house of Representatives.

This makes Pontus the third president to be impeached after Clinton and Johnson.

The House voted on two charges – that the president abused his power when he held up aids passed for Ukraine in return for an investigation on the Bidens his political opponents and obstruction of Congress when he blocked all those with first-hand knowledge from testifying before Congress.

Nearly all Democrats voted for the charges and every Republican against.

However, President Trump’s Republicans control the Senate so it is highly unlikely he will be removed from power.

As voting took place in the House, Mr Trump was addressing a campaign rally in Battle Creek, Michigan.

He told a cheering crowd: “While we’re creating jobs and fighting for Michigan, the radical left in Congress is consumed with envy and hatred and rage, you see what’s going on.”

The White House released a statement saying that the president was “confident that he will be fully exonerated” in a Senate trial.

Seeing how polarised the US representative or Parliament is lately, it’s hardly President Trump will be removed from office. He will be exonerated by the Senate where Republicans have more numbers than the Democrats.

For him to be removed from office, all the Democrats will have to vote for his removal plus additional votes of 4 Republicans. Highly impossible.
