Multiple award winner and one of Ghana ‘s most decorated artist Shatta wale has renounced his Ghanaian citizenship after describing Ghanaians as talented fools.

Shatta wale took to the social media platform to lambast Ghanaians by describing them as fools whose leaders don’t take them serious.

According to the “Melisa” hit-maker who sometime ago described his country of birth as a village, Ghanaian leaders do not take its citizen serious because they have realize the citizens are talented fools.

“Ghana dieerrrrrr we fool aaaa no wonder our leaders don’t even take us serious ..cuz we just show Dem that we are talented fools if u think am lying go and watch street quiz Ghana ” he wrote

But when reminded he was also a Ghanaian, the singer renounced his citizenship by saying he is not stupid and poor.
