The Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International ministry, Nicholas Duncan-Williams has advised Ghanaians to get vaccinated against the Coronavirus.
For some months now, many Christians have been conflicted on whether to take the covid19 vaccine or not. Many have the perception that its against the principles of faith for a Christian to take a vaccine.
Archbishop Duncan-Williams has a different school of thought.
According to the popular clergyman who recently got vaccinated, getting vaccine does not illustrate a lack of faith. The Archbishop also admitted that he was aware people are feeling skeptical about getting a jab but added that the decision to be vaccinated is a personal choice.
His Instagram post reads “I know a lot of people are concerned about the safety of the COVID-19 vaccine. Taking the vaccine does not imply a lack of faith, I got vaccinated last week. If you want to take it, and you have the opportunity to do so, I think you should do it. Taking it or not is your choice. Stay safe and follow the protocols whether you have been vaccinated or not. Blessings!”
