Popular Ghanaian actor and movie producer Prince David Osei has lampooned and described the creative arts forum that was held some few days ago as a complete waste of his time.

According to the outspoken movie producer, the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Mrs Barbara Oteng Gyasi kept speaking in the future tense about the things her government are about doing even after spending more than three years in power.

The actor outlined some of the promises the NPP government made prior to the 2016 election but have failed woefully to achieved them.

“to be honest with you. it was a waste of my time.i was looking forward to here what the ministry has done but she kept saying we are, we are. they promised one region one cinema, i have not seen it’ he said

The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture in collaboration with the Creative Arts Council held a forum for the creative industry yesterday, October 30, 2019.

The programme, themed ‘Reviving Ghana’s Creative Industry’ which encompasses all the domains of the creative sector was held at the National Theatre in Accra.

Stakeholders of the various sub-fields gathered to share ideas on how to project the sector.
