Multiple award winning rapper, songwriter and artists manager, Joseph Harris, popularly known as T.I is reported to be currently in Ghana.
The rapper is in the country for a program at the Exhale Lounge in East Legon and also as part of the year of return, T.I is in Ghana to know more about the country and reconnect his roots.
His impending visit was first known in February this year when the former minister of Tourism, Catherine Afeku made it known in an interview on Accra based Kasapa Fm.
Already, the likes of Naomi Campbell, Boris Kodjoe, Idris Elba, Bozoma St John, Edward Enninful, Anthony Anderson, EBRO among others have made the all-important trip to the country, and more people are expected in what many predict will be a mass exodus back to the motherland. In fact, next week, 85 prominent Americans are scheduled to visit Ghana next week as part of the “Year of Return.” initiative.
