Stonebwoy has expressed his disappointed at the government on Ghana over its incessant desire to charge passengers $150 for Covid19 test on their arrival to Ghana.
According to the multiple award winning dancehall and reggae artist, he does not understand why Ghana charges passengers for a Covid19 test even after entering the country with a negative test report.
Making his point, Stonebwoy wondered why he is supposed to pay GHC 350 or more when everyone in the flight were tested before boarding the plane.
In a series of tweets, the father of two registered his displeasure and queried how its possible to test positive on a flight when everyone including the pilot had tested negative prior to setting off.
“1. So why is it that after you get your test done for 350 cedis or more from Ghana. You’re not mandated to pay for another test to be taken at your final destination by any other country. Its only Ghana that’s doing this to it’s people or all the other African countries have”
“United in making it tuff for their people… 2. If we present negative results before boarding flights to come home then how possible is it that theres an infected person on board. 3. Or by the time you get to the flight you could contact the virus ? @mohgovgh“
