Rapper M.anifest has suggested that it is not fair for anyone to pass judgment on the performance of President Nana Akufo-Addo until he has completed his four-year term in office.
According to the Nowhere Cool hitmaker, it is not proper for anyone to say whether the NPP government has failed or not because their mandate is for four years.
He opined that you cannot score an exam when the person hasn’t finished writing it. M.anifest added that it is what happens at the end that matters, and not in the middle of the term.
The rapper made these comments when he was asked to comment on the performance of President Akufo-Addo in an interview of Class FM.
But he noted that a verdict on the performance of Nana Addo now amounts to marking a student who is still writing an examination.
“What is the presidential term? How many years is it? Four years. So, after four years, you can ask me that question”, he replied the host of the show.
M.anifest is organizing this year’s Manifestivities at the Bukom Arena on December 22, 2019.
He is also promoting his new album titled “The Gamble”, which already has two hit songs – Tomorrow, featuring Burna Boy and Big mad featuring Simi.
